Meet Forward. A luxury woven and more sustainable fabric that combines wool, linen and polyamide in our Performance Collection. This collection consists of fabrics that meet the highest standards in durability and maintenance, making them long lasting and suitable for almost every type of upholstery.

Making Forward more sustainable is the woolen yarn that is made out of 100% recycled wool. The production process is environmental friendly and gives this previously used wool a second life. Produced by one of our trusted partners – an Italian textile craftsman that has been building his expertise for over a century now and is widely renowned for this highly specialized process.

The yarns are carded from regenerated wool clothing and other woolen products. Carding is a special way of processing the yarns. Resulting in a yarn and eventually a fabric like Forward that has a particular aspect. Distinguishing it from other virgin woolen yarns and qualities.

Due to its composition Forward passes the BS5852 cigarette (part 0) & match (part 1) as well as the EN1021 cigarette (part 1) & match (part 2) test.

Forward is durable with a light melange aspect. Available from stock in a wide and trendy colour line. Suitable for not only various types of upholstery, Forward is also a perfect choice for drapery.
